The Blue Sea Systems 7622 ML‑Series Automatic Charging Relay (ACR) with Manual Control provides powerful battery management for dual-bank systems in marine, RV, or off-grid applications. Featuring a 500A continuous magnetic-latching relay and manual LOCK-OFF control, it ensures safe, automatic combining and emergency isolation of large battery banks.

Features

• Heavy-Duty Magnetic-Latching Relay: 500 A continuous, 700 A intermittent, and up to 1450 A cranking for 30 s—ideal for high-output alternators.
• Automatic & Manual Control: Combines batteries during charging and isolates during discharge or engine crank, with added ability to LOCK OFF manually for service or safety.
• Dual and Engine Isolation Options: Configurable Start Isolation to prevent voltage sag on house electronics; Engine Isolation protects multiple engine batteries during simultaneous charging.
• Low Standby Draw: Uses under 40 mA to monitor voltage in ON/OFF states, with brief current surge (<7 A) only during state changes.
• Remote LED & Control Switch: Includes ML-Series Contura remote switch (PN 2146) and LED output for remote status indication.
• Rugged, Marine-Grade Construction: 3/8″-16 tin-plated copper studs, silver alloy contacts, IP66 water-resistant, ignition-protected enclosure, rated for 100,000 mechanical cycles.
