Nav/Anc Switch Wiring
Nav/Anc switches are typically going to control your Navigation and Anchor lights. Rocker switches are the most common for this, typically Navigation and Anchor both come on when the top of the switch is engaged, and only the Anchor comes on when the bottom of the switch is engaged. This is a standard for most Boat Manufactuers. Please verify with your switches if this is the same function.
Bilge Switch Wiring
Bilge switches are typically going to be on/off switches. In some scenarios, you may have an on/off/on switch controlling your Manual and Auto functions. We have listed below many different wiring options for these switches.
Trim Tab Switch Wiring
Trim Tab switches are (ON)/OFF/(ON) Momentary switches. Trim tabs are either Hydraulic or Electric. Hydraulic trim tabs can be wired normally to a switch, whereas Electric trim tabs have to be wired Reversing Polarity. In most cases, you cannot wire trim tabs to Push Button switches, however there is a special case with the Bluewater switches that we have provided below.
