ATP04-6P, 6-Way Receptacle

This ATP04-6P connector is part of the ATP series.  This is the housing (receptacle side) component of the 4 part ATP connector.

This is our preferred connector to join wires – carrying between 13 and 25Amps –  that will have to be disconnected regularly. These also allow for ease of assembly and testing on a bench, before easy install on a boat.

The ATP04-6P receptacle has 6 cavities, meaning that it can connect 6 sets of wire together. Not every cavity must be used –  sealing plugs are available for any holes that will not have a wire coming out.

IP67 sealed waterproof, this connector is great for use on boats.  We regularly use them while building our high end custom dash panels for both retail and OEM customers.

This Amphenol brand (Deutsch style) receptacle mates with this plug.

 

Required Parts:

 

ATP connectors use size 12 contacts. Each cavity is rated for 25A max.

NOTE: The connectors and housing assemble quite easily by hand; however, specialty crimp tools are required to attach pins and sockets to the wires.
