RigPro X112
Meet the RigPro x112 – one of the most popular rigging boards in our lineup as it sports one of the most common setups on boats: A main breaker and a fuse block. Its simple, compact design sets you up for proper, safe & ABYC approved main house circuit protection, up to 6 branch circuits, AND a 6 gang negative bus!
The X112 seamlessly mates with our X100 series external mounts (sold separately, required for mounting). It’s easy to install and even easier to use, making your life on the water a little less complicated.
The X112 is very flexible and built for an extremely common setup on boats in the 20ft and under range.
It’s commonly paired with an X100 or X101 with a 6007 style (OFF-1-2-BOTH) battery switch. Use this setup when you have a single engine and a start and house battery without an ACR.
Super common is to use the main breaker on the X112 as the house main, which directly feeds a branch circuit fuse block with integrated negative bus. The fuse block can be used for unswitched loads like a MFDs, VHFs, stereo head units, etc.
You could also use the X112’s fuse block for switched loads; with each branch fuse feeding a switch on a switch panel that doesn’t have circuit breakers built in (a panel like this for example)
This rigging board’s main circuit breaker is available in ratings from 50A to 120A. We’ve also included a hefty 6AWG pre-built wire lead that connects the breaker to your battery switch and the fuse block to the load side of the breaker…. Keeping voltage drop to a minimum.
It’s very easy to throw another ring terminal onto the breaker’s load side to go out to your switch panel – sharing your main breaker with your switched and unswitched loads.
One of the best things about the X110 (and our entire RigPro series), is its shared mounting system. Forget about ugly finishing washers or awkward glassed in mounting pads, our interior units hang inside using the same screws as the exterior battery switch mounts. Talk about keeping things clean and easy.
The X112, like all our RigPro interior mounts, comes finished with a smooth roundover and an OEM quality finish that’ll make your boat’s interior look like it rolled straight out of the showroom.
