Bluewater 9800-006-11 Battery Switch

This Bluewater ON-OFF Battery Switch is as simple as they come!  It is a Single Pole switch meant to disconnect one battery from one or more devices.

In an engine shutoff scenario, this switch would usually be used in a Single Battery / Single Engine Combination. It would cut the supply to both the engine and the house loads.

This Bluewater battery switch could also be used as a simple house disconnect (possibly in the console), or as a disconnect switch for a single large load (think trolling motor or main windlass feed).  It can be used in combination with one or more other types of marine battery switches to manage multiple circuits or cross-connections for emergency paralleling.

Marine Grade

Our ON-OFF battery switch is made for the marine environment with tin-plated copper contacts and studs inside and out.  We love the way this switch has a physical snap as it locks into place, so there’s no question if it’s in position or not.

The 7/8″ Stud length also allows for the multiple wire lug connections common on boats.  For example, you may want to run both your engine feed cables and the conductor feeding your boat’s switch panel from the same output stud.
