PW103: Everglades 260CC Battery Panel / Box Replacement

Our PW103 Power Box was made to fit a 2007 Everglades 260CC, but it will likely work for other years and models.

It is critical that you verify the size and technical requirements detailed match your boat, even if it is the same make/model identified.

This box was designed to be an upgraded and modern replacement for the factory battery management used on Everglades 260CC’s (and possibly others).  It is made for a twin engine boat with two start batteries and one house battery.

It includes a high gloss white acrylic frame and door with stainless latches and gasket seal.  The overall size (with frame) is 11 1/4″ W x 19 3/4″ H.

Our Power Box has several improvements for your Everglades!

1. Modern LuxMatte backer plate.
2. We replaced the four switch setup with only two.  Sacrificing no function, but simplifying operation!
3. We added two common breakers:  T-top and Console.
4. We moved to modern A-series breakers in a bank, and reverse mounted Hi Amp breakers for the larger load.

Our PW103 Everglades Power Box is completely wired, ready to install with brand new wiring.  It includes two Automatic Charging Relays that will automatically charge the house bank from the engine alternators, while prioritizing charging to the start batteries first.

The battery switches include an ON-OFF-COMBINE switch which allows you to parallel the two start batteries in the case of an emergency.  The house battery switch is an ON-OFF.  It includes stylish black battery switches that look great on the new black backer plate!

This box includes the following breakers:

• 80A – Windlass
• 80A – DC Main (this controls all below excluding bilges)
• 5A – Fwd Bilge (on 24Hr Circuit)
• 10A – Aft Bilge (on 24Hr Circuit)
• 30A – Electronics
• 20A – T-top
• 15A – Center Console
• 15A – Fresh Water
• 15A – Raw Water
• 15A – Shower Pump
• 30A – Power Ports
• 15A – Acc 1

The breakers are ganged with OEM quality tinned copper bus bars.  All wiring marine grade with the same quality we use for our premium OEM customers.

This Power Box comes complete with six Deutsch Connectors that should mate to your factory wiring harness.  Please verify they match your boat if it’s critical this be plug and play.  It is not uncommon to need to make minor wiring output changes based on your specific boat based on the factory wiring differences or modifications made by others of the years.
