Meet our PW100 Power Box. Our in-house designed, exterior accessible battery switch system.
Our PW100 features one battery switch and two hi-amp breakers. Select the battery switch and breaker ratings needed for your system! Lots of applications for this – the most common being the main battery switch for a single outboard, the main house breakers, and another high amp load breaker like a windlass or stereo amp.
This stylish power box was designed with minimal depth. Its recessed design keeps your electrical parts out of the way, yet still visible and accessible on the exterior. With its water resistant clear door, stainless latch, and standard white HDPE, this box blends function, style and an OEM look that’s bound to impress!
Fabricated with standard white HDPE, this box matches the trim on most boats giving a true factory look.
It comes with (2) OEM quality 6AWG (120A rated) cables long enough to reach from the furthest stud on any battery switch to the breakers inputs. These cables carry power down to the breakers.
- Size: 8″ W x 10″ H (exterior frame) | 6 1/2″W x 8 1/2″H (cutout)
- Depth: 3 3/4″ (from front of mounting surface to rear of battery stud – so subtract thickness of mounting surface from this to get total depth inside).
This would be a great option for someone looking to move those batteries from the transom to the console for better weight distribution. Also good simply for improved function when battery switches are difficult to get to inside the console.
