We took some time to sit down with 4 of our Project Managers from our Custom Panels Team. These guys manage projects for boats of any and every size, leaning into their own industry expertise as well as our library of 10,000+ panel designs.

Curious to know their favorite parts of the job or what led them to custom projects here at New Wire Marine?

Get to know Nicholas, Griffin, Harry and John below!

Nicholas

Before joining our crew, Nicholas spent his days (and nights) aboard every kind of boat you can think of (and we can build for).

Running mothership fishing operations and captaining yacht charters, Nicholas acquired about 10 years of marine experience; his knowledge truly shows in his work and his care for each and every customer’s project. In addition to his role as a project manager, Nicholas also serves as the department leader. The growth he’s brought to the team in his time at NWM doesn’t go unnoticed.

We’re thankful to have Nicholas leading our Custom Panel Management department!

“…but at the end of the day, our main goal is to get you guys back on the water… not have any issues, just enjoy and be safe”

Griffin

Griffin came to New Wire ready to turn his passion into his career. Prior to joining us, Griffin was a chemist in the Upstate of South Carolina. He grew up coming down to the coast as often as his family could, always with a boat and rods in tow.

After graduation and entering the work field, Griffin quickly realized that what gets him out of bed in the mornings couldn’t be found at the bottom of a beaker. So with that realization, he packed his bags and headed to Charleston.

His logic and attention to detail has absolutely carried over with him from the chemistry lab. We are thankful to have Griffin on our team!

“I definitely wouldn’t sell anything to anyone that I wouldn’t put on my own boat”

Harry

Harry, recently joined us as a Project Managers here at New Wire Marine. Harry was born in raised in Charleston. He grew up fishing and hunting. He loves being out on the water. Harry spent 4 years in Boat OEM Manufacturing.

“New Wire Marine has so many great products, let’s find yours!”

John

John was born on a small farm in Lexington, SC, where he cultivated a deep love for the outdoors. Growing up riding horses competitively, John now enjoys spending his free time hunting and inshore fish. His passion for preparing wild game and fish aligns with his commitment to conservation and sustainable living.

As a Project Manager, John brings this same dedication to his work, helping customers bring their boat panel ideas to life. His attention to detail and hands-on experience make him the ideal partner for turning visions into reality.

“…you dream it and we’ll work together to make it come to life.”
