This genuine Carling rocker switch labeled “Main Fuel/Aux” is manufactured by laser etched marking, NOT printing. Laser technology allows for a stunning backlight effect. It is a great upgrade from our popular Contura II style Acc rocker switch.
This product is the ENTIRE SWITCH combo (Jumper wiring NOT included) and includes both the ON/ON switch body and the labeled cover. Find the laser-etched MAIN FUEL/AUX switch cover sold separately here.

This rocker switch will replace any Carling V-series or Contura-style rocker switch. That includes Contura-style switches sold by Carling, Sierra, Blue Sea Systems, Sea-Dog, etc. It uses an industry-standard 1.45″ x 0.83″ mounting hole.
This Main Fuel/Aux Combo is an illuminated rocker switch and includes a special Contura V style cover, made to be laser etched, as pictured above. It has a slightly wider shape and a different texture and appearance than the printed Contura II switch covers. As you can see in the switch cover image there are no Red or Blue lenses for the switch lamps to shine through… the laser-etched text/symbols become the lens. So generally folks, you probably don’t want to mix the Contura V & Contura II switch covers for a cohesive panel look.
We carry this switch with warm white incandescent lamps or red, blue, and cool white LEDs. The illumination only affects the lighting, not the color of the engraving. Blue and cool white are our brightest lamp colors, followed by warm white, and then red is the least bright.
