SEAready 6 Push Button Switch Panels are pre-built, ready-to-install solutions. This 6 switch DayBright push button panel is designed for ultimate convenience. With all panel wiring already completed, these push button switch panels come equipped with an integrated LED fuse block with negative bus, pre-wired 2′ leads, and an 8-gang terminal block for simplified installation. For bilge pump applications, Switch Position #2 includes a factory-installed blocking diode to simplify float switch integration and prevent unwanted circuit backfeeding.

Our 6 switch panel configuration uses premium Bluewater 22mm DayBright Push Buttons with pre-installed etched actuators selected from the dropdown menus above. Customers can configure Switch Positions #1 through #5 with their preferred labels from our extensive library of standard marine actuator options, while Switch Position #6 is permanently configured as a dedicated NAV/ANC switch.

Unlike many generic push button panels that rely on unlabeled buttons or low-current switching, SEAready panels combine premium etched actuator labeling, organized marine wiring architecture, and higher current capability into a compact OEM-style solution designed specifically for marine applications.

Bilge Pump Ready with Pre-Installed Blocking Diode:
Switch Position #2 includes a factory-installed blocking diode to simplify automatic bilge pump wiring. The diode prevents power from backfeeding into the manual switch circuit when a float switch activates the pump automatically, helping prevent unwanted switch illumination, dash indicators, and alarm activation.
Optional Additional Blocking Diode:
One blocking diode is pre-installed on Switch Position #2 for bilge pump applications. If your installation includes additional automatic circuits that require backfeed protection, an additional pre-wired 20A blocking diode can be added from the product options above. The assembly includes a marine-grade #8 ring terminal, 14AWG wire leads, heat shrink protected 20A blocking diode, and a 14-16AWG heat shrink butt connector for simplified installation.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Can I choose my switch labels and still get it quickly?

Yes, the panels are pre-built, but we are able to customize them with the selected etched actuator label options available above and still ship them same/next day.

2. How do the backlights turn on?

The DayBright push buttons feature dual-color LED functionality with active-state illumination plus independent panel backlighting.

The panel backlighting is internally wired through the dedicated NAV/ANC switch. When the NAV (BOW) circuit is activated, the panel backlighting will illuminate automatically.

If you would like to activate the backlighting on another SEAready panel or accessory circuit, simply connect its backlight trigger wire to the NAV (BOW) output terminal on the included terminal block.

3. How does the NAV/ANC switch work?

The included NAV/ANC switch is a dedicated ON-OFF-ON switch position intended for standard marine navigation and anchor light control.

In addition to controlling your navigation lights, the NAV (BOW) output is internally connected to the panel’s backlighting circuit. This allows the panel backlighting to illuminate whenever the navigation light circuit is activated and provides a convenient trigger source for additional panel backlighting elsewhere on the boat.

4. How will I attach a SEAready panel to my existing wiring?

You’ll apply a single positive input wire to the integrated fuse block using the provided input lead and heat shrink butt connector.

Each switch output is pre-wired to the included terminal block for simplified connection to your loads and accessories.

The included fuse block provides individual branch circuit protection for each switched output.

5. What if I want a different switch function? (ex: momentary)

Each 6 switch SEAready panel is pre-made with latching ON-OFF push buttons plus a dedicated NAV/ANC switch configuration. If you need any other switch function, simply purchase the switch separately and change the switch body.

We recommend using 22mm Daybright Bodies for proper compatibility with this SEAready panel system.

6. I do not see the switch label I want in the dropdown menu.

We’ve added many of our standard marine actuator labels in the dropdown menus above. If you do not see the actuator you need, we also offer additional etched actuators separately and can create a fully custom etched actuator specifically for your application.

7. What will my selected switch look like?

8. What is the included blocking diode used for?

The blocking diode installed on Switch Position #2 is intended for automatic bilge pump applications that use a float switch. The diode acts as an electrical one-way valve, preventing power from backfeeding into the manual switch circuit when the float switch activates the pump automatically.

Without a blocking diode, automatic pump operation can sometimes cause switch lights, dash indicators, warning buzzers, or other connected circuits to activate unintentionally. The included diode helps prevent these issues while simplifying bilge pump wiring.

If your installation requires additional protected automatic circuits, optional pre-wired blocking diode assemblies are available from the product options above. These assemblies include a 20A blocking diode, marine-grade 14AWG wire leads, a #8 ring terminal, and a heat shrink butt connector for simplified installation.
