In case you missed the blurb in our look into the history of New Wire… WE ARE EXPANDING!
“This expansion is an exciting next step in our journey to dominate our industry. It will allow us to increase capacity, build even better dash panels and hire more incredible people right here in Dorchester County, S.C. I can’t wait to see what the next few years bring!”
-New Wire Marine President Eric Steele
It took just 3 short years to fill up our current warehouse, and we’re show no signs of slowing down any time soon… which means it’s time to grow again!
Our current shop is in the Dorchester Industrial Park in North Charleston, SC. We got lucky, though. Instead of having to pack it all up, we get to move it to our new building DIRECTLY next door; and we’re KEEPING our current shop.
Once completed, we will be adding an additional 8000 sq ft to our current 4000. That’s right… more than DOUBLE the square footage!
That means more than double the panels, right?!
Construction is expecting to be complete January 2023. The new building will allow for more CNC machinery and increased production capacity… so yes, more than double the panels (hopefully)!
Stay tuned for construction progress photos and updates. We are looking forward to this monumental growth!
