RigPro X214
Meet the RigPro x214: It is our X213 with an additional high amp breaker.
The X214 designed for a system that looks like this (although it can be used for others):
- Twin Engines
- 2 Start Batteries
- 1 House Battery (or bank) with 1 main house breaker and one additional high-amp breaker.
- 1 fuse block for unswitched loads
- External ACR (optional, but recommended)
It works great paired with a X200 (white) or X201 (black) with two 6011 battery switches. One switch will turn on port engine and house, the other switch the stbd engine. To charge the house, you’ll either need an external ACR, or the ‘combine’ setting on switch 2 (see example wiring diagram in product photos for details).
This rigging board comes with a two breakers, available in ratings from 50A to 120A. One is intended for main house breaker, and the other for another high amp load like a windlass, stereo amp, etc. It also includes a very useful 6 circuit fuse block with negative bus for those unswitched loads like MFD’s, VHF or other. We’ve also included 6AWG pre-built wire leads to connect it all up!
The X214 seamlessly mates with our X200 (white) or X201 (black) external mounts (sold separately, required for mounting).
It’s easy to install using the same mounting screws that hold the external X200 series recessed battery switch (no additional fasteners visible)
This products comes with a battery link bus commonly needed to parallel house systems or emergency parallels for different combinations of switches.
One of the best things about the X214 (and our entire RigPro series) is its shared mounting system. Forget about ugly finishing washers or awkward glassed in mounting pads – our interior units hang inside using the same screws as the exterior battery switch mounts. Talk about keeping things clean and easy.
The X214, like all our RigPro interior mounts, comes finished with a smooth roundover and an OEM quality finish that’ll make your boat’s interior look like it rolled straight out of the showroom.
